It was good. They did what was expected. No problems with the installation.

Excellent work.Job was done well, and the part of the system which had been intermittently unresponsive to the thermostat has since worked reliably again .

The electrician was unsure the fix would work. After replacing the transformer, he had trouble getting the light to stay on. It flickered then was on. he said he was unsure what to do. He left then it didn't work. The boss came out, apologized and said he would fix it. However, he didn't have time on friday. On Monday after many calls he said he would have to disassemble. He then said he didn't have the part and he would have to disassemble and leave it til the part was found or ordered. He couldn't commit to when it would be fixed.

You have the details... they are not showing up on this final review. Long story short... if provider says he is an expert in alternative energy... my experience says it did not work for me. Will have to pay many thousands of dollars to correct the problem that this company created by simply walking away without taking the appropriate steps to insure that the system would not and quot;cookand quot;. Even after his and quot;expertand quot; told him not to leave the system unattended, he did. I am sure that they can fix a toilet or clear a line... alternative energy is not his thing.

Solar done well, sample strips provided to show correct and proper limitations. Front of house woodwork removed and replaced as is, even though the wood is 35 years old. Nice job. Pipe going up to 2nd floor sink was un-insulated. Since it could not be insulated properly for our climate, the decision was made to cut and remove. Of course, I changed my mind. Not a beat was missed. They came to install a drain out and shut off valve. Took a while due to existing conditions but all is great now. The $136.00 and quot;take a look at feeand quot; was removed from this bill as asked. Thanks guys, and Ashley. Is this where I tell you that these guys are great?

Very nice people, but a bit expensive for the area. Wished we would have requested an estimate of the work to be done prior to being surprised in the end. Obviously that was "my" mistake. The workmanship was however very good. While I did have some "issues", they were personal and should not have been reflected in my earlier post. I never did receive an estimate for the a/c and duct work which was what I originally requested... however, should we decide to move forward with that service we will contact Bradley Electric for an estimate.
