The work was done fast but they left big mess in my frontyard. Lots of concrete leftover and splatters on the walls. Asked to clean up but they didn’t clean up everything. They only cleaned off the walls and left a lot of the broken concrete pieces

Such a waste of my time! Called and SCHEDULED an appointment for an estimate two days before they told me they can come out between 4-7pm on a Saturday. The receptionist stated there was a chance they could come earlier that day and would give me a call. Well... the day of my appointment no one showed up OR called me to reschedule! So I sat around for nothing. Tried calling the company multiple times with no answer. Finally got a call back on Monday two days later after I called several more times to try and talk to someone, stating they tried calling me on Friday to confirm the appointment since there was me and another appointment the same day. But there was no message left stating that I needed to confirm my already SCHEDULED appointment or that I needed to call them back. I don't know or have had any experience with a business just not showing up or leaving a message when you have a scheduled appointment with them. Very very disappointing and a waste of my time!! As far as their promise to customers, "we will always give you our best effort..." is far from the truth.

If you are just looking for lawn care they do a great job and are dependable, but if you want anything else done look elsewhere. They did my lawn care for 3 years, and I have no complaints there. I hired them to do some landscaping and there is where my problems with them began. Don't pay any attentions to what their bids say, They gave me a price for two separate jobs , but when the bill came both jobs cost twice what the bid was. I was out an extra $2000. In hindsight I should have filed a complaint to the contractors board, but at the time my husband had just passed away and I couldn't take care of business like I should have. Stay away from this company. They are long on promises , but short on integrity.
