+ -1 moreIt went well with one exception; in order to put the carpet in my bedroom they had to take the rather heavy yield fibre glass doors out and they were not put back together properly. Everything else about carpeting was great but to add to that; the gentleman from the company itself did eventually come out and fixed the doors. In the beginning, they have to admit it's not their job to do but to take them out they just instantly left; they have to it back correctly. Their pricing is good and the quality of work; that was good.

Description of Work: A visit to their showroom was very pleasant and informative. Cindy explained their services and types and styles of floor coverings. We loved their clearly marked prices and low (make that no) pressure approach. We looked over their vast selection and found several carpets we liked. We took samples to decide. We called and made an appointment for an installation estimate for 3 rooms of carpet. The estimator came right on time and we had the results the same day. The installer was prompt and professional. The whole experience was a delight. We are expremely satisfied with our purchase and will look to their services in the future.
