David, the technician, arrived on time!! (this is noteworthy since the previous company I used NEVER arrived on time). I asked him if I could follow him around during the service check-up because I wanted to learn how a/c worked. He explained everything. Very professional and I will use this company again.

Exceptionally well. The entire experience from the inspection for the quote to the final clean up before the guys asked if I had final questions was great. During the initial inspection they were very informative providing accurate (I did my own research too) information. Once they started the work they were very easy to schedule. I did not have to wait months before I could get the work done. Finally once they did the install the team was courteous, on time, and they did a great job cleaning up after. My system works great and I will be recommending them to my friends.

Perfect, the estimate of time on install was great. This was the fourth or fifth time I have used Anderson Heating & A/C and will definitely use again.

So what are some of the greatest fears when calling a new contractor for the first time? Do they know my equipment? How long is it going to take for them to find my problem. Are they going to do a good job fixing the problems? How long is it going to take to fix things? How much are they going to charge me. To make matters more interesting, what do you do when there is 2 feet of snow on the ground and the daytime temperatures don’t go above freezing and the entire city has weather related furnace problems. I called Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning and all of these fears were pleasantly put to rest. I got on a first name basis with a couple of their employees. Pamela handled most of my telephone contact and David did most of my furnace work. My main furnace went out and it was early evening after all the businesses had closed for the day and it was an emergency call. David came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered parts. David also noticed that parts of both my furnaces were on a recall list and he would order those parts for me too. Then my second furnace went out the very next day. David came back out and diagnosed it to one of the parts on recall, and he fixed that furnace so I could have heat while waiting for parts. The day the parts arrived, David was out and had them installed and both systems working before he left my home. They knew my equipment and how to take it apart and reassemble both systems. On job performance, they fixed everything in a timely manner. They left my furnaces in better operating condition than when they were installed. And the best part, they only charged me for what the job should have cost. Even though it took longer to fix one of the furnaces, they only charged me for the original repair order/estimate. They covered the recalled parts cost and labor, so I didn’t have to pay for those charges. They didn’t charge me for any of the little items that the previous installed goofed up on. They did a professional job in all respects. They were clean and didn’t leave any trash around when the job was completed. You can’t ask for anything more. I whole heartedly recommend Anderson Heating as excellent HVAC contractor. I have no complaints for any aspects of the job. That includes the original inspection and diagnosis of the problem, the ordering of parts, the communication throughout the process and the workmanship from their employees. I want to thank them for their work, honesty and value provided. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

We bought a gently used air conditioning unit for a great price, includ. Installation. The furnace we got for a fair price, including install & removal of the old unit. They do great work!

About noon on a Friday, I noticed our forced air heater wasn't keeping our home warm on a cold day. We called that Friday afternoon and they were able to send a technician to our home in the late afternoon. I was impressed that we didn't have to wait until Monday for quick service. I also felt they didn't try to stick us with unnecessary charges. They fixed the issue and our heater is now working great.

This is the best experience I've ever had with home service. Every step of the process, from first call to completed installation, went smoothly. The workers were focused, experienced, exact, and careful. They were also polite and pleasant. The company's owner was here every day. This house has had dozens of people working on it during a complete remodel and these are the best I've ever had. By a LOT. My only regret is that I can't use them for something else. I'm happy to answer any questions.
