+ -1 moreMy husbands divorced wife is on the contract though she no longer lives in the house, or even the state. In order to get her name off the contract, we are told we need to sign a new three year contract. We have had such difficulty getting our calls returned, we no longer want the service. They have been inconsistent in only one respect, and that is to not return calls, and this has been going on since February. They generally will not let you escalate a concern to a more senior person.
Description of Work: They have not been reachable by phone on repeated occasions to help resolve contact and service concerns. Answers to questions have been inconsistent (they have changed their answers over time). We have not had them in to perform the service at this time.
