It was just one of those things we needed help on with the kitchen sink.

They did not check for leaks and when I requested they return to fix it the plumber was rude and said it was my fault, I bought a bad disposal. Turned out to be a good disposal that was not hooked up correctly. Dishwasher did not work after connecting it. Plumber said they don't check dishwashers as they are too complicated. They forgot to remove the plug in the disposal at the dishwasher connection site, which I figured out from reading the installation and trouble shooting manual.

During the replacement in April of 2015 it was discovered that the local disconnect did not open the circuit (220VAC) to the water heater. Even thought the technician doing the installation caused serious blue arcs, he did nothing to alert his management that something was wrong with the disconnect switch that his company installed less that 2 years earlier. Further investigation by me (the owner) revealed that the disconnect switch was not wired up at all and the wires between the breaker panel and the water heater were spliced together and nothing was connected to the disconnect! The disconnect switch blades and some contacts appeared to be discolored and burned and one of the switch blades appeared to be partly melted, which could not occur if the disconnect were not hooked up and indicating that the "new" disconnect box installed by this company in 2013 was probably used! After making this discovery and taking plenty of photographs, I confronted the owner who dispatched his service technician the next day (a different technician from who did the original installation). The technician was rude, did not want to listen to my complaints, and avoided all responsibility. I consider this a serious problem which was not only a Code violation, but a safety risk! I will not use Rants Plumbing again!

Prompt, efficient and did an excellent job

The service man was high as a kite when he arrived and proceeded to drop the toilet tank and break it. The company took several weeks to replace it and when they did, charged top of the line. In addition the replacement tank was different than the one they broke and we got no consideration for a different part. Office personnel were rude and uncaring that they were employing such an unqualified service person. Never use them again.

Showed up fast for estimate and got the work done within a day. Very honest and fair. I will always use this plumber.

Rants Plumbing of Boulder City, Nevada- Quick response, Honest, AFFORDABLE! Our water heater burst. We called Rants Plumbing, located at 913 Nevada Hwy. (293-1927) and told them that the unit was out of warranty but that we needed a new one right away. The manager, Chuck, informed us that many brands had an additional warranty. We gave him the brand name and the serial number off of the existing heater and he said he would call right back. He then took it upon himself to call the manufacturer and found out that there was indeed 6months left on their warranty, now that's what I call INTEGRITY! A few hours later someone from Rants showed up with a new water heater, he installed it and charged us a mere $300.00. Had he not been honest and taken the time to call the manufacturer for us we would have paid a lot more. He saved us over $500 and we now have a plumber for life. They were on time and they did what they were supposed to do.

We received very fast service. Our son dug the trench over the weekend and Danny put in the new line and valve on Monday. He did a great job, even with 100+ degree temperature. We really appreciated the fast service.
