+ -1 moreIt all went very, very well. Our 40 year old A/C unit went out on Saturday. Our new unit was up and running by noon on Tuesday. We got a highly rated, excellent A/C - heating unit. The service was excellent and professional. There was no damage done to property. They were in and out in an orderly and professional manner. David did not push to sell us more than we needed. The price was right. We high recommend Lake City Air and David Hamel. We thank them for the great service.

+ -1 moreThe whole proccess went so well from calling and scheduling an appoint with the friendly staff, to the appointment day when the technician arrived right on time. Now I am the type that kinda keeps an eye on people when the enter my house, so that being said I followed him around as he inspected my air handler and then moved to the out side unit. His work was very professional and inspected everything just as promised. The only suggestion he made was to install a high quality filter that could last up to a year! I went ahead and made that purchase. I have used other big name companies in the past and I have to say they always were out to sell me something like a new ac system even when my air worked fine. I would deffinitly recommend Lake City Air to all my friends and co workers.

+ -1 moreI called to schedule an appointment, they scheduled me for the same day. The technician that came to my home was very nice and respectful of my home. He replace a fan motor, very quickly and got my air conditioning up and running in no time. Very happy with the service.
