Worry well.

I called and talked to the girl in the office about issues with my roof. Stated she would get back to me with an appointment time. Never heard from her. Left several detailed messages on their answering machine. They have never returned a call. Will never call them again.

This company does not answer the phone nor return phone calls promptly when a message is left. They provided an estimate of over three times what we paid for a superior performance from another company.

We agreed, we waited, they performed (messed up our Directv and sprayed over all cable, left underneath untouched, looks bad. then when it came time to pay already had paid 8k, was called no less that 4 times from the time i got off work at 3:30pm until 4pm we had to wait but they couldn't wait for 30 min. we asked for another estimate and was put off for a month.

I was pleased with their work. I had a god experience with them. They came out and checked out the project. They also told me what needed to be done since I had some leaks. They recommended this roof. They put the roof and cleaned up. I had no problems with them. They called to ask if I was keeping my TV up to make sure they foamed around it. They made sure there were no leaks anywhere. They lifted the air conditioner so that they could foam around it. They did a good job and their cleanup was excellent. You could not even tell that they were here.

It was a free estimate. They were nice and very polite. We liked them. We will use another company in the future for estimates. It is because the other company has done a lot of work for our neighbors, and they are very happy with him.

Called the co. after a rain storm,they came right out as promised. The job was estimated by a very nice and courteous young man. He told me the several ways to complete the job and I chose the poly foam. The weather turned bad and the job couldn't be completed until later. When the job was started they were so quiet that my wife slept through it all and the clean up was excellent. I couldn't tell that they had been there. They also built a stand for my air conditioner and called to ask if the TV antenna was in use as they would have removed it if I had wanted them to. The price was what they quoted me.

It went pretty well. There were a few things that I had to request at the end but other than that it went well. They were only one of the companies in town that did this type of roof. They have been in business for a long time. I really liked Andrew, the son.

Andrew, the 24 year old son in this family business came to my home with a sample of the foam roofing material to provide an estimate. Although I had decided against foam, he took the time to explain how it would be applied and why it would finally end my 6 year battle with leaks. He reassured me over and over with patience and confidence. I was impressed and decided to use this company.

Job was completed in excellent fashion. The estimate was accurate and the choice, options, etc. all were clear to us.

Black Canyon Roofing did a pretty good job on our roof. We haven't had any problems with it. For the most part, they cleaned up well. They loaded up the debris into a big trailer and took it with them. We had to pick up a couple of small things. They were very friendly. It only took them a couple of days from start to finish.
