When it comes to hard surface restoration we are your go to company. whether its restoring the look of your old worn out bathtub or changing out those ugly tiles with something new we can do it.
"Company responded with different options. I replied with one option then asked for a date. Never heard back so called and was told my email was lost. At this time I wanted to lock in a date and was told they had a big commercial project so I asked for a date at the end of May. Also sent them the email they lost asking for a date; have left voice messages and not one reply. Frankly, I don't care how busy you are a reply would be very much appreciated!! So based on this why would I want to go ahead a hire them. Not responsible from what I can see."

"FOR FURTURE CLIENTS!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING!!! So I called this company for them to come look at the very small crack in my tub. The crack is about a finger length. A girl showed up at my house to take pictures last Thursday 10/17/19. So I can get an estimate. I called on Monday (10/28/2019) because I didn't hear anything back I figured it would take a few days to get a quote or whatever right. So then they told me the job would be 325.00 dollars to fix. I figured based off the other reviews I went ahead and scheduled for them to come out today 10/24/19. Jennifer CSR told me as I was scheduling the appointment the time frame was going to be between 11 to 1 I was ok with that. She also stated loud and clear a couple times that she was going to have them call me 30 min before the arrival time. Heres where I started to get worried I never got a call. I called them a couple times around 12:45 PM and no answer. I got a knock at my door at 1:02 PM. A gentlemen who showed up at my door smelt like booze took a picture of the tub and told me that he only fixes the crack and there's another guy that comes and smooths out the surface but he is held up at a different house for about an extra hour. Mind you Jennifer stated because of the small crack that the job should only take about 2 hours. So I called the Tubby's Tub and addressed my concern regarding no phone call and late show up just to see if they can do anything about the price. She then said she would call the tech and call me back. When she called me back she said she went ahead and cancelled the whole job!!! Yes read that again. So instead of working with me and my inconvenience. She didn't even want to take 5.00 dollars or 10% off they decided that it was best that they cancel the whole job... All because Jennifer made a mistake on her side and didn't leave any notes regarding a phone call to me. Best way to handle their situation was to cancel. Which I'm HAPPY because instead of paying 325 for a small job. I'll be looking else where for probably better work, better customer service and cheaper pay! I don't recommend this company to any one. Here I was thinking that being a real estate agent. I would be able to add them to my list of go to people to recommend for my clients. This is not going to be the case!! Don't waste your time I had to miss a full days worth of work all for them to cancel anyways!!! Way to go Jennifer and Michelle I'm glad I can take my business else where. For the future as a business owner to business owner you should always acknowledge your wrongs and take ownership to create more business potential!! When you say your going to do something its always best to do it or to make it right!!!"

The cost was basically the same as the initial proposals with very little added expense. The remodel was completed in a timely manner and Tony kept the work area clean.
