We bid extra time to compensate for unforseen issues. Due to the extra time we dedicate to our estimates though we are able to garentee that we will Never go more than 10% above our estimate. Typically our jobs take less time and fewer materials causing our estimates to come in below the estimated price and time. Giving you a good suprise at the end. Free Consultations are provided to let clients know if we can take care of their project (Whether we have the needed skills and the proper licensing). If we are not capable we inform the client of other businesses that can help them.
