Overall, this project was painless - almost fun - and extremely gratifying -- from start to finish. Ken, the owner, came out to look at what I wanted done and told me what gravel colors he had available. I had explained to him what colors I would be painting my house and the extent of the gardens I was in the process of designing and planting. He and I agreed on gold. He estimated 20 yards of gravel. We set a delivery date and he was there when he said he would be. Very personable man. A few days later, we had set up a worker to spread the gravel. It was hot and I should have set up two men. The worker came back the following day, early, and got the job done. Remember, this is a 40-plus miles is a considerable drive after working in 100-degree heat, pushing a wheelbarrow of gravel up an incline over and over for 6 hours - and that was just the second day. I called Ken to thank him and also that I would recommend him and his company to others.
