Did not show up on scheduled date. Did not return my polite call with offer to reschedule. Time waster.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. The day of the appointment, he did not show. I called and did not get the courtesy of a return call.

The first two times I worked with Wil were on gutter cleaning, and gutter cleaning with gutter screens attached. Prices were excellent, he was very punctual, and professional. I liked his work so much, I asked if they did exterior painting... Fast forward to later October 2017, i had Wil come out and give me a quote on exterior paint. He was punctual, and i got the impression he knew what he was talking about with paint and prep work. I really wanted someone that would do the job right, like it was their own house, and use good paint. All were done. They pressure washed, scraped, sanded - and did metalwork as well as the brick exterior and wood trim of my DC rowhouse. The house looks great, and looking forward to working with Wil and his crew in the future.
