+ 1 moreThe carpenter work to remove shelves and make alcoves was excellent. Grade A He put in a hardwood floor in 2 rooms. in both rooms we had problems with the threshold. In the first bedroom the floor was not leveled prior to the floor being installed and that has caused problems with the floor separating at the seams. Wayne won't return calls. Grade D.

+ 4 moreWe have had some work done on the house by him. He does marvelous work. We had some remodeling done and he just happened to do it. The quality of his work was outstanding. We had some Nicho shelves in three rooms, and he removed those shelves and just made new ones where they were and they expanded the size of the room. We had to put tiles in one room and we had wood floors put in the other two rooms. He is actually a licensed plumber and an electrician, as well as being an outstanding carpenter. For price, I think he is an "A" based on some of the other stuff that we had done. The quality of his work was just superb. He is a really busy guy, once we got him going he just got it done.
Description of Work: Wayne Alverson did some remodeling in three rooms for me. He did some tile work, some electrical work, and he put wooden floors in two of our rooms. We just had him come in and put in a water softener for us, as we did not have one.
