We have no problems with that and when we have problems it's reasonable like bad storms then you lose everything. When your power goes off you are pretty concerned about your cable. It's just the basic cable. It's just the satellite TV and we have the hopper for the different rooms. They do go out occasionally, but overall the equipment has been real reliable and when things have gone wrong and when we need a new stuff they ship it and we have had it out within two days, so I can't complain. They are comparable with price. The big thing is the quality of the HD images. When you call them on the phone they will walk you through everything and they are very helpful. When you call them you don't sit on hold for hours, they are quick.

I call every week and complain but no one comes to fix the issue. It is wireless internet and it is slower then dial up. So you can not download and practically cant do anything. When I call them they check and tell me that the speed is coming right from their side it is the routers issue and when I say it's their router then they say we can just say that it is because of the area you live in. They run a diagnostics for 20 minutes and give me the same answer. They never fix the issue. I have a 3 year contract and when I say you are not providing the service I end I want to cancel the service. They say you have to pay a amount for canceling the contract early. The whole experience is bad.
