+ -1 moreThis person was recommended by a friend. He arrived early for the appointment. Inspected the roof, the exterior, and the entire interior. I found Lee to be very personable. He addressed all of my concerns, and found a few problems that I was unaware of, which is the point in hiring an inspector. The report provided was very complete with the items needing immediate attention highlighted in red. I had the report within 24hrs as a pdf attachment. I would have liked a written copy too, but he doesn't provide this. I did have a follow up question, which he answered immediately by email.
