+ -1 moreBagwell was called to come give us an initial estimate for a job. He said he would be out to the house at a certain time. We waited up to two hours past the time he said he was going to be out. No phone calls to at least tell us he wouldn't make it or want to reschedule. Apparently, Bagwell doesn't need any business, but this might be an example of if he had the job would it of been completed promptly and on time. So we won't consider him for the job even if he should call us on a later date.
Description of Work: Bagwell was called to come out to give us an estimate. Ultimately he never showed up.

Description of Work: A pipe cracked that was part of the sprinkler system. He dug a hole, cut out the bad pipe, and replaced the bad section.

Description of Work: He installed a tile back splash in my kitchen. He also redid the lighting and wiring in the kitchen and added lighting under the cabinetry. A new gas range cook top was installed also.

+ 3 moreThe actual process took a little longer than anticipated, but we are so happy with the results. It has been a year now since the work was done, and we have never regretted the time and expense that went into this project.
Description of Work: We extended our patio by having an 18 x 18 foot section of concrete poured on one, then extended another side by pouring a 5 x 27 foot section. Our home backs a golf course with several large trees adjacent to the property. Before the concrete could be poured,numerous roots had to be dug up and removed. Mr. Bagwell excavated the area, laid the pipes for an irrigation system, and poured the concrete slabs. Then, working with a basic idea we presented, he designed and built a bi-level pergola that covered the newly created patio areas. The result is fabulous! It blends in beautifully with the existing architecture and looks like something you would see in a high-end design magazine. Not only does Bagwell Builders do quality work, they have a great eye for design.
