He was hired to deal with the weeds on my property. He was supposed to cut, clean, spray and burn all the weeds in the front, sides, and back yards, and easement. I was out of town and he did the cut, clean, and spray (maybe). He came by the house the collect the money before he was even finished. I KNEW I should have only paid him half, for the work he did do, but he promised to return that weekend and finish. He never did. I hired him October 19, 2015, for the next 3.5 months he kept promising to come out and finish. But there were always excuses, such as, "my worker quit", "the weather was bad", "i have back problems","the spray didn't work", "i got stabbed and have court" etc etc... I finally fired him on February 1,2016 after yet another "the weather is too bad" excuse. I already paid him, all i wanted him to do was finish. So in 3.5 months the wind never stopped long enough to work 1 or 2 days?????? I even called him when I was there and the weather was good, and he would lie lie lie. So now I start with him in order to get a refund, which took 1-2 weeks for him to complete "the invoice" , funny how he never gave me one... His "estimate" refund was ridiculous! He kept talking about all the labor he did and all the chemicals and times he went,, BULL! I know he never went that much because the renter and neighbors never saw him, nor did I when I was in town! He kept saying how he had to go back over and over and how there were "50 mph winds", but I told him if he would've finished when he said he was going to, he wouldn't have had to go back so much. Plus I told him that I downloaded all the weather data for the time he was supposed to work and the weather was fine, to which he could no longer comment. He said he wasnt going to adjust the refund because he never gives refunds,,, I wanted to tell him I never had to take anyone to court and sue them for not completing a job, but I knew if I said that I would never hear from this liar again, until the court date. Then he trys to say that he hopes we can work together in the future crap, I cut him off and tell him I will NEVER hire him for anything again, he DOESN'T FINISH THE JOB! Anyway, so I figured I would get what I could before he bails again. As for the refund, he kept no-showing and giving excuses until finally be paid a tiny unfair portion back. DO NOT HIRE HIM! HE ONLY SHOWS UP TO GET PAID BUT DOESN'T FINISH THE JOB!!

I was in need of someone to come and do some clean up around my farm and home. It is almost impossible to find anyone in our area who is willing to do 'hard manual labor' but I saw the ad in the local paper. I called and he drove the 40 miles to see what I needed done. In two days he brought several people with him and began the task of cleaning up. He is very honest, trustworthy, and most of all dependable.
