Joe Boyden construction never completed the work. The work was conducted for his neighbors with a signed contract. The contract was never completed and emails and phone calls are not returned. The tank was installed, but the water was never tested or shock chlorinated. We were convinced, by Joe Boyden Construction, to replace a well pump, but it turned out it was someone else's well. Joe Boyden installed the well system, but did not maintain proper records. Consequently, we were given bad information. The well installed was not connected to our system. We are working with the well share owners to get reimbursed, without the help of Joe Boyden Construction. Joe Boyden Construction also demanded that we pay in full before the work started. This was a mistake, because now we have no leverage to get the work completed.
