Brush Up Interior Painting

Tom came over quickly and provided an estimate for repairing sheetrock in two bathrooms and painting a large, high ceilinged hallway and kitchen. Brush Up was able to work around my schedule and the workers were exceptional, pleasant and professional. They pay meticulous attention to detail, cleaning each vent cover they removed from the ceiling and even going so far as to ensure that the screws in the electrical switch covers were all aligned vertically when the painting was complete. It required 3 full days for the 2-3 man crews to complete the painting and I am extremely pleased with the final result.

It was a good experience, I had never used a painting company again and now I will use Brush up all the time. He was very neat, paid attention to detail, made sure the two tone color was divided the way I wanted it. The suggestions on the color were perfect with the refinished cabinets I had done . Great job by a great company. I recommend them highly!!!!!!

Tom's entire crew was first rate in every respect. Professional, timely, communicative, and easy to work with. They did a spectacular job and completed the work faster than I could have anticipated. They did a great job with the work on my house too, covering the dark brown with three coats of eggshell white. They transformed the space and finished the job in a matter of two days. Nothing in my house was harmed, as they were sure to use furniture covers and drop cloths. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend Brush Up Painting!

The company provided very high-quality workmanship and great advice. There was a bit more social talking than would be expected and that made me wonder if they were being as efficient as they could be. But they were polite to be sure! Overall we were very pleased with the investment and outcome. I would hire them again.

I found them on Angie's List and have had them out four, five or six times. I am getting ready to have them come back out to paint my sunroom. They painted all of our exterior trim. We went from dark brown to white so I think they had to put on three or four coats. They also painted all of our soffits and we have a 3,200 square foot house. Their $1,500 price was for all this work, including the paint, which was great quality so they had a really great price. They will be back out in the next month or so. .

Tom from Brush Up came over to give me a free estimate. He was very pleasant to talk with and had several good ideas regarding the paint job, including design ideas. He was very patient with my questions and it took me awhile to decide on the color. He even offered suggestions on color and what would look good with my decor. We set up a date for the painting to be done. It only took one day and the guys at Brush Up put on two coats, including doing the ceiling of each room. They did a high quality job, which was much better than the last company that did some painting for me. Some of the guys are retired police officers, so I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They did a great job and I would use them again!

After obtaining a few bids we hired Tom Armijo's company, Brush Up Painting. We had several areas of drywall repair needed and used two colors in four different rooms. We also had a very high stairwell to get painted. Tom's crew arrived each day exactly when they said they would which we appreciated. They were all courteous, and careful in moving furniture. They were especially gentle with an antique piece that holds significant memories for my wife. They kept their work areas clean as they went and put everything back together when moving on to the next area. I especially appreciated that Tom's bid was thorough with no ambiguity regarding things like how many coats were included. Another company gave me a bid without this info. When I asked about it I was told that they guaranteed complete coverage no matter how many coats. Well, complete coverage according to whom? I feared they'd put one coat on and call it good while I felt the color richness wasn't obtained. Seemed like a potential argument to me. Brush Up on the other hand was very clear about everything pertaining to the job. To summarize....I highly recommend using Brush Up Painting! Their bid was very competitive on price and the work was above average. A pleasure to work with! I will be calling Tom for any future painting needs.

It was excellent. They came out time for the estimate and to do the job. They were very good painters. They fixed some things. One person came out. The clean up was excellent and they took away the stuff that empty. The price was reasonable.

Tom and crew were excellent. They painted interior of our 3000 sq ft home in less than 5 days. Crew was very professional. 5 painters completed the job and every individual was very meticulous and careful to keep everything nice an tidy. All were "expert" painters and know their craft well. We are very please with results and time to accomplish the task. We appreciate the reasonable cost to get the job done right the first time. Brush Up Interior painting gets the job done right! I highly recommend this company. We will use the in the future and will refer friends to them.

We bought a house and did not love the colors so we called Brush Up for a quote. Originally we were just going to paint a few of the colors I could not live with but ended up doing a lot more and I'm so happy we did. It really changed the entire feel of the house, it is amazing what paint can do to a space. Tom was always prompt and polite and so were his workers. His team did a wonderful job and I am really satisfied with the work they did. The transitions between colors are perfect and they were very meticulous. It was a big job that involved scaffolding for the vaulted ceilings and a lot of rooms with different colors in all of them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Two people came to do the work and it took about two days to complete. They left the area very clean. I found them on angie's list. They were retired police men, they were trutworthy, and I felt secure with them in my home.

They called to confirm the appointment the day before and showed up on time. They worked all day (8-5) and nearly every wall we needed painted was done. Not a drop of paint on the floor or ceiling - very professional work. The men were clearly experienced painters and I couldn't be happier with the results. We didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach the area's we needed painted - these guys didn't have a problem with the height at all!

Painters showed on time, got to work immediately after talking with us about the job. We provided the paint, they had the rest of their equipment. I could not believe how neatly they worked, without taping. The floor was bare slab but even that was kept clean. They finished the job earlier than planned and did a gorgeous job. Two and three coats where needed, but some walls only required 1 coat to cover perfectly. We stayed flexible, only recoating when needed to cover. They are much, much the best painters I have ever hired. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. We are delighted with the result.

Tom Armijo gave an excellent bid on the interior painting of our home. Once we acepted the bid, he set up a date to start and was very promt on the day he and crew started. The crew was very professional and their work was outstanding. They repaired all the damaged drywall prior to painting and their attention to detail was excellent. The crew removed things off the walls and moved furniture back from walls and then covered everything in the room for protection. Their daily clean up was great and they did the project in 2 1/2 days.We had a great expierence with Brush Up Interior Painting and would recommend the company to anyone needing a excellent interior paint job.

It was excellent. The only thing is that and it wasn’t really a problem for me was that it took longer than he estimated by a few days but it wasn’t really a problem because he did a really good job and the price is really good and they kept me updated.

Excellent quality but they were slow. They did two rooms - one of which needed two coats due to a color change. When the day was up they quit leaving the area around one window unpainted. I would definitely consider them for a quality paint job. They are to slow for a rental property.

Tom came by about 20 mins after I called to set up the appointment to discuss details of the area that I wanted painted. He advised me on color and type of finish that would be suitable for the area. Tom was very friendly and professional and we set up an appointment that day. Brian, one of Tom's crew, arrived on time for his appointment and spent the rest of the day painting our great room. Brian did an outstanding job! I could tell he was very experienced by how skillfully he applied the paint without taping, very impressive! He finished a very large job early and cleaned up as he went. Brian was very pleasant, efficient and professional. Both Tom and Brian did a great job. I would highly recommend them!
