 + -1 moreAlways communicated accurately with written estimate good for 30 days and used emailed change orders for any additional work to keep communication clear/legal. Gave good suggestions when our planning not really feasible but, met all desired outcomes. Prompt and someone oversaw subcontractors when on sight. Did not have to worry about going to work vs staying home as I knew one of them would be here. Helped reduce cost if I could purchase (do legwork) on some items or labor for clean up. Prompt to small or large jobs into their full schedule-they work all over state. Work looked great but, couldn't tell it from other areas of the wall, etc. Very personable and responsive family run business. If anything did not turn out well he came back with the subcontractors and corrected it immediately. Came up with good ideas on how to accomplish projects and design deck. Dates work over 4 year period.
Description of Work: Has done interior two story painting, stucco exterior, added electrical outlets, repaired tile floors, repaired walls for new lighting installation, window replacement, built new large second floor deck, replaced third floor decking material, raised stucco walls on third floor deck, repaired bull nose corners on walls, replaced skylight/sealed, repaired flat roof/canals,, sealed cracks in cement, outside, texturized ceiling/added in new sheet rock, replaced air conditioner /duct work. sealed sheet rock joints, texturized basement walls/bases, installed new gutter system with rain harvesting barrels, and probably missing a lot more work they have done for us.
