A slight miss communication at first as how the pad for the spa should be constructed, but after that it has been a great experience. Both of us have arthritis and other issues with our old bones, and we have been in the spa just about every night with great results: no aching leg muscles--no more cramps in my legs--wife is experiencing similar results--and it is helping us sleep because when you are in pain, it makes it harder to sleep. Neil gave us some free chemicals when we had trouble with a booster seat floating and tearing, they have been very fair. Also, they have been very responsive to questions regarding the water treatment, we have some special concerns since we have alkaline well water. Really a great experience, and I wish I had a tub all my life considering in retrospect all the hard labor I have done over my lifetime. 20/20. I would recommend them to anyone. Truly professionals.
