+ -1 morealmost charged us twice, as there were permit issues and some work was done twice and then double charged us at the hourly rate. And it was total miscommunication about this! all other contractors for this remodel of this small casita charged us for the whole job they did and were more professional about their services to us. those contractors said it's better they charge for the job incase they have to leave early or can't be on time etc. So that's a better set-up! The workers also left early and still charged again for the hours, driving back to the office. It's a joke and I won't hire them again. in fact I will never hire someone on hourly rates!!! I learned my lesson! We do understand that the most costly stuff of any house (kitchen and bathroom), not fancy at all and only basics for electric usage was put into this casita. And they were very concerned about the building code, more so than other contractors.
Description of Work: They put in electricity from the nearest pole, with meter, a new pole closer to the house etc and put in all electric wiring for small 3/4 bathroom, a kitchenette, water heater and outlets in main room. This house is a small casita. and they charged hourly rates instead of for the whole job!! it's obvious they need money for paying overhead, other employees.
