I am very happy. They machine no longer moves. He knew exactly what to do. They guaranteed to me that if the washing machine becomes unbalanced again within 30 days they will come back to my home free of charge. I enjoyed having the service guarantee. They called me to set up the appointment and also called me with an estimated time of arrival on the day of the service.
Description of Work: My washing machine was jumping around. He re-balanced the machine.
