+ -1 moreWe called for an estimate and Rascal showed up, asked good questions, and seemed attentive and professional. He promised an estimate in a few days, but a week later we had to call. He said he'd forgotten and would get it to us in a few days. A few weeks later, still no estimate. We called again, got another promise. No follow up or estimate was forthcoming. We went with another electrical company in town.
Description of Work: Having recently moved in to a small house in town, we wanted some electrical improvements done - actually a fair amount of work. Added outlets, updated electrical boxes, additional circuits. Rascals only came to the house to review the desired work, with a promise to give us an estimate. However, he never followed through with that estimate, so a different electrician got the nearly $10,000 job.
