+ -1 moreThey never called back, the receptionist was rude she they doubt they could drive about 60 miles out but she didn't know. Her boss would have to call me still waiting. WASTE OF TIME DONT BOTHER

+ -1 moreCalled and said they will meet that day for estimate. Received estimate a couple days later in mail. They began the job a week later. They workrd on the plumbing for approx 3 months. They were efficient and prompt. I had good communication with all staff including the receptionist. I definately will continue using them on all my houses. They get the job done right and passes code each time.
Description of Work: Replumbed the entire house, dug a trench to run new gas line, ordered furnace and cooling unit, trenched new plumbing to street, installed bath fixtures

+ 0 morewaited for this plumber for 2 days. Gave them my phone number / address - live in a very easy to get to location. they never called, told me they showed up and knocked on my door - which they did not. For 2 days I waited for them - then on Friday when I called in the afternoon to see if I was still on the schedule they said - find someone else to do it. Elderly women answer the phone - they are rude and clueless as to what customer service is. I asked to speak to owner and they hung up on me. Please don't waste your money and time here!

Description of Work: I used Pinos Altos Plumbing to get a dryer that runs on natural gas repaired. In the past two years, they did some gasoline work too.
