+ -1 moreIt went very well. The plumber was very knowledgeable, including about the local water quality. I don't know the final price since they haven't yet sent us an invoice, but I'm sure it will be more than $500 for everything, including the service calls.
Description of Work: We had a water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system installed, as well as some other fixes on three leaking faucets. The work was completed over two appointments a week apart.

Description of Work: Again, I have no clue as to what you did or didn't mean by that last question. My pilot light to my water heater went out and at the same time the bathroom was being worked on, another local plumbing company took over the water heater problem. He did have to return a second time as the pilot light went out again, but the service was performed, with no problems since.

+ -1 moreJ&S Plumbing did a great job keeping us informed about their process of delivering service (new water softener installation). They followed through with this process and were great about letting us know when they would perform the water softener installation. The workman (and a trainee) called ahead of their arrival, showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and provided an accurate estimate for the installation. They accommodated special instructions for the installation contained in the manufacturer's installation manual. The cost of the service was reasonable. We will definitely use J&S Plumbing again for any future needs.

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater and 4 bathroom sink faucets. The new hot water heater makes both showers run like we were on city water pressure, but we are on a well. New bathroom faucets are much easier to use and keep clean.

+ -1 more.But they never came out to get it fixed. Plus their prices were very high. I went 3 weeks without hot water becausse they kept telling me they would be out and they never came. I did not end up using them obviously. And they acted like they had the job even thou their quote was much higher them others.
