Even in these crazy times, Ryan Cross was as punctual as can be and got the work done with as little disruption as possible to our tenants. Although we chose a couple of tile options for Ryan to pick up from the big box store, he had to make a change from our tile choices due to supply constraints, but the tiles compliment the bathroom's floor tiles wonderfully. Also, he had an issue with a faulty new shower faucet that leaked but he kept me and my tenants posted on when the manufacturer was going to be sending the replacement parts (two times) and the leak is finally resolved. Quite professional in my opinion. Thanks Ryan and crew!

Ryan and Chris were very professional. After installing the insulation they took the time to clean and vacuum the area. We noticed a big difference in the area that they insulated the first night it was completed. I am sure we will have much lower heating and cooling expenses. We are already planning on having them come back to do the rest of the house.

Ryan had done some painting and sheetrocking previously for us. Recently he helped us with some general repairs that were specified in a home inspection report. He is always so professional, and brings a vast amount of knowledge, ideas and experience from his many years of working in this industry. His expertise is worth it!! He is very honest and sensitive to helping you find the best way to solve your issues without "running up" the bill. And although we were able to catch him on a quick turnaround, he is a busy man and you might have to wait to have him get you on his schedule. Plan ahead and be patient! You may be able to find someone that can do your projects for a cheaper price or quicker but they will not have the excellent quality when compared to Ryan's product of services.
