Description of Work: Charley came over to check why I had no heat. He re-lit the pilot light which warmed my place for 24 hours. He returned on 1/1/15 and re-lit the pilot which lasted only a few hours. I have been at the mercy of my small portable heaters since then. I've suggested to Charley that we replace the water heater. As long as I'm okay, he will be checking on me and we will come up with a solution soon. The cost is yet to be determined but whatever I pay will be well worth it. I trust Charley and brother Mike implicitly, and hate to think about using someone else - which I will have to do for another issue soon at Charley's recommendation.

 + -1 moreI've been with Charley and Mike Teer since 2005. Charley does most of the work here but sometimes Mike comes in to help. The last thing Charley did for me was to purchase and install a new dishwasher for me. They are both very friendly and fun to be around. I can't imagine my life without them! They are definitely keepers! Sometimes when I'm needing an extra hand with something, Charley will lend a hand if he has time. Two or three years ago, I had an accident in the house and somehow the toilet was jammed. It took Charley a couple of weeks to get it unclogged (bar of soap), but he finally got it out. I know how much to expect to pay just for him to walk in the door, and how much the entire bill will be. These two men are worth their weight in gold! The cost of the dishwasher and installation was about $800-900 total. No complaints there.

Description of Work: I've called twice at the telephone number listed in the phone book (575-388-3900); left contact information both times. First call was10/28/11, second call was 11/05/11. Still waiting for any return call. If they can't return a call before I'm a customer, I don't want to know what the level of service would be if I did hire them. As a follow up, 11/11/11 - still no return call. I won't be calling a third time - I called another company that showed up, did the services requested, very disappointed in this company.
