Loved working with Zia Restoration team . Previous contractor was incompetent, but Zia provided a detailed estimate, explained the reasoning behind each, and helped us work with insurance to insure we had an agreed approach and costs on all parties parts. Then followed up the estimate process with an on schedule and on budget repair. Could not ask for anything more.

I was impressed by the professionalism and expertise of Zia Restoration and Remodeling. We negotiated a work schedule and they performed according to the schedule as expected. Work was high quality. The work area was kept clean and well organized daily. Communication was timely and responsive. I am very satisified with the outcome and would definitely work with this team of professionals again.

Martin and his crew did an absolutely amazing job. They installed a door where there was an empty arch doorway. The finished work blended so nicely it looks like there's always been a door there. They matched the paint perfectly. We are so very impressed to all the attention to detail and thorough explanation of what was going to be done. Martin listened attentively and asked clarifying questions to ensure he understood our needs. We will be using Martin and his business for all our remodeling projects moving forward. It is absolutely refreshing to find someone who takes so much pride in their work!
