Description of Work: I submitted a favorable report on Victor. Oops! Last August, after I paid him $2000 in advance for supplies, he disappeared, leaving his mower, trimmer, and tool bag at my house. No Victor, No Money. His tools are still where he left them.

+ 0 moreHe did a good job. He needs a lot of direction. I loosely said that I wanted the back area graveled and he just put it down and didn't level it. He did it reasonably well enough but it could have been better. The price was okay and he seems in line with other landscapers. He did what he was told and nothing more. I asked him to come back in the spring for some sodding work and he never showed up. Knowing the perimeters I would use him again.
Description of Work: I used Victor Sanmiguel for landscaping. He graveled part of our lawn.

+ -1 moreI found Victor on Angie's List after the original contractor failed to ever call back.The first guy actually faked as if he couldn't hear me on my cell phone. Victor came over promptly and gave me a quote later the same day. He started two days later and took two days to complete the job, since the compound had to dry before sanding. He called if he was running late (not much), and did a great job. He is also very polite, and explained everything.
Description of Work: Repaired 2 areas on my ceilings which had cracked from settling, and 2 areas which had been damaged from a leaky garage roof. The areas were repaired, sanded, and textured, readied for painting.

+ -1 moreHe is very reasonably priced, very reliable, and takes pride in his high quality work. I highly recommend him for jobs of any size. He comes when he says he will, calls if he is unable to come as scheduled, always cleans up after himself, and does the job for the estimated price.
Description of Work: Victor has done interior and exterior painting, tiling, woodworking, stuccoing, built an adobe wall, put in a slate path, raked driveway stones, and hauled things to the dump.
