The guys that came out for the job were very nice, on time. The job as it was described to be completed from the estimate given by Zach is where I was disappointed. Where things went badly were the details of what Zach should have given to the guys on the job. Lack of attention to small things, could have avoided this. Santana provided excellent communications and contact management.

These guys were great! They worked efficienty and got the job done in record time. They had to work in a crall space under the house but did not complain. And most of all, they were very nice!

They suggested work in one of my rooms, but after buying what they needed, they couldnâ t do it. They returned the devise, but charged me for the time. Obviously they didnâ t think it all through completely. I didnâ t complain to them about the time charged. I would hire them again, but would be more specific about how they would handle the outcome.

Solved my electrical issue quickly. I would hire VDV electric for all electric needs.

Traced the old outlet wire to the breaker box and changed it to a 220 volt .

Listens to what the customer wants and what I knew about the wiring history. Very knowledgeable.
