I was very satisfied. I have white couches wihch are hard to clean and they cleaned them beautifully.

Technicians were prompt and polite. Although they were unable to provide their usual guarantee due to the extent of the cat stains; overall in carpets&nbsp;the smell is much reduced and stains are much less obvious. Sadly the odor in the couch cushions seems to be about the same.
