Stephens of Santa Fe

It went very bad. I was here the whole time. Leslie's wife came & did the kitchen & supposedly the window sills. I looked at all the sills and 1 out of 6 was done. When I asked him about it he just said she used the dust buster on the sills. I said, " yeah but they are still dirty," He just shrugged it off. Then he put a dry bathroom rug in the dryer. I asked him why & he said to loosen up the dirt. What he loosened was the back of the rug. When I turned the dryer off all this dirt & tiny pieces of rug were in my dryer! Then he put the vents in the dishwasher. I don't have AC and he had the dryer & dishwasher going for no good reason. When he got ready to leave, I had to remind him about the crap left in my dryer, & to vacuum. Either Leslie or his wife put large scratches on my dishwasher. I let him know how displeased I was with his service. It was supposed to be $120, but he charged me $100 since he didn't have to clean the carpet. However, I still feel like I just threw $100 away. When I noticed my dishwasher, I took a picture of it, & the window sills, & sent it to them. They were very argumentative with me over the phone. However, One thing I can say is Leslie did a really good job on my windows, but not $ 100 worth. The wife said they would be over the next day, but they never showed up. So, because of this, I have lost faith in your company. When my renewal is due, I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW! If you would like to see the pictures, I'll be happy to show them to you. met expectations, clean job, would use again

Did a very nice thorough job and was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Used green, fragrance-free products as we had requested. We intend to have him clean for us on a regular basis.

He is very honest; we have even given him a key to our home. He always does a great job whether we are there or not. Instead of just dusting the spices in the kitchen he will dust them and alphabetize them. I would definitely recommend him to others.
