+ -1 moreSolarGlass is the Marvin representative in Santa Fe. Perhaps due to the recession, the quotes for Pella windows, Jeld-Wen Custom windows, and Marvin windows all came in at the same price. I went with the Marvin, given their reputation. The sales rep was pleasant, professional, and easy to work with, even though I had a few unusual requests. Delivery was prompt. An error in sizing one door was promptly corrected and a replacement door supplied. The new windows and doors are great. Everything from dust control to sound-proofing is greatly improved. SolarGlass has a dedicated technician for the Marvin product. He has been out twice at no charge to attend to small details that most other companies would ignore. Everything about the experience has been positive.
Description of Work: I purchased approximately 25 new windows and 4 doors to replace the doors and windows in an existing house. These were not replacement windows. Windows included casements, awnings, and fixed. One of the doors was a sliding patio door. This report is on the purchase and service of the installed product, not on the installation, which was done by an independent general contractor.
