+ 1 moreWe are very happy with how efficient and informative he was throughout the process. He also cleaned up the utility area and cleaned the filter on our furnace, which is next to the water heater. He was very prompt in getting back to us.
Description of Work: Larry took out our old water heater and replaced it with a new one. Our old water heater was from 1996, and he informed us that the codes had changed, and he had to do some extra plumbing work to bring it up to code. The fees he charged included buying the new water heater and hauling away the old one.

+ 2 moreI have a good background in construction and wanted to install a solar thermal system not just for domestic hot water but also for a forced-air thermal furnace on a deep-green renovation-- and to be my own home. Larry was really great to work with. He was considerate of my budget and end-goal. He showed up on time every day and I greatly appreciated how fastidious he was. I noticed immediately his tools were high caliber and he took great care of them-- which translates into great care of my property and in his end-product . Larry provided welcomed advice and recommendations as this new system evolved. I highly recommend Larry for his knowledge, professionalism and integrity in meeting my goals and upholding the codes of his trade. This is the 3rd winter with this new system and it has performed beyond my expectations!
Description of Work: Designed and installed a solar thermal system for domestic hot water and for forced-air thermal furnace. Also installed tankless hot water heater as back-up. Solar thermal system included installing the racks for solar panels, the solar panels, plumbing schematic for pipe runs, installing all piping and valve shut-offs and "work-arounds" for if & when parts of the system needs to be serviced. Installing tankless hot water heater and designing and connecting solar to tankless with temperature boost to meet the furnace hot water demand in addition to domestic hot water on re-circulating pump to all fixtures.
