+ -1 moreHe came when he had promised or if was involved in an emergency, he called to explain that he wouldn't be on time. He gave estimates that were very close to the actual cost. -- UPDATE 3/31/15 -- I had them last Monday in regards to a plugged drain. I had called Carlos on Sunday night and he returned my call and was here early on Monday morning and fixed my plugged drain. We work will a Carlos Rocha with Sister Moon in Santa Fe. Many of my neighbors have also used him and been very satisfied with the work and costs.
Description of Work: I live in a co-housing community. Many of us have used Carlos Rochas of Sister Moon and have been satisfied with his work and have rehired him to do other work.

Description of Work: My A/C broke on one of the hottest days in Santa Fe so far. When I called Carlos, he 1st tried to walk me through the problem myself so I didn't pay for service. When it didn't work, he came within an hour of my call. The other service providers I called couldn't get me in for a week. When he came, he fixed the problem quickly and taught me how to do the maintenance on both my furnace and A/C myself so I could save money. In addition, we have a very large great room that we have difficulty heating and cooling. He took the time to turn the fan up on the unit to better help that problem.
