Description of Work: According to the email he sent, he would be at our home at 11:00 a.m. on June 2nd. He sent an email confirming. Never received a call to cancel or even an apology. I would never recommend this person.

Description of Work: He informed me that my gas fireplace could not be fixed and needed a complete new insert at a cost of over $4800.00. I contacted a handyman that told me the fireplace needed a new transformer that costs under $50.00. Total cost was under $100.00

Your ad spoke of all of the things the service included but he did none of them, he suggested we needed an attachment to our chimeny that cost us over $300. After he left, my husband began to get headaches. We called the Gas Co. of NM and they red tagged the fireplace and told us that the flu was still dirty. We wrote to you and all you wanted was a rating. We almost stopped payment but decided against it. We are very disappointed with this service. | | | |

Description of Work: I purchased a $79 deal for a gas log fireplace tune-Up, cleaning, and inspection November 2014. The service went fine.

Description of Work: Cleaned chimney for wood burning fireplace. Then offered to fix refractor panel that was cracked for $350. This is about $150 labor to install a part that would take about 10 min to remove and replace.

Description of Work: Although our appointment was for 1pm, they showed up at 12 noon. The repair required ordering of parts from a manufacturer. He promised to order the parts and notify me in a week to arrange a follow-up visit to install the parts and complete the repair. It's been 4 weeks now, no call or e-mail notification has been received. HE didn't leave a business card so my only contact has been via e-mail. Very disappointed in the follow through. Very unprofessional.Truly fly by night behavior. IS this business legitimate?

Description of Work: Shawn was hired to clean and tune-up my gas log fireplace. We were held up by weather a couple of times but service was preformed. Shawn was professional but didn't seem to do all that was advertised. Also, I notice the price has been reduced since I had the service. The equipment wouldn't light and Shawn has ordered necessary parts and will install them when received. This, of course, is an additional charge. I would use Shawn again, he knows what he is doing.
