 + -1 moreThe crew was punctual and hardworking. They came out on a weekend in order to finish up the repair before more rain came. They took off the old roof, got the slope taken care of, and installed a new torch down roof. Very clean looking finished product, and did a good job cleaning up when finished! Out of all the roofers I contacted, Carlos was the most responsive, easy to reach and work with.

 + -1 moreProvider showed promptly, inspect the the roof, gave me a ballpark estimate, and left promising to send me an email with a firm estimate. I never received the email. But the provider followed up by calling me and we then exchanged a contract by email. He provided the first stage of service the next day (removing the snow) showing up on time. The second day he did the actual sealing of the roof, showing up about 2 hours after then we agreed.
Description of Work: Roff patching around four candles and a sealing of a stucco crack with silicone.

 + -1 moreThey came out on Wednesday and was completely done by Friday. We couldn't even tell that they had been there. They were courteous and professional. They even replaced a canale free of charge.
Description of Work: Removed the old roof down to the insulation and applied a new tar roof to our flat roof.
