+ -1 morePerfectly. They are polite, on time, effective, and helpful. The only problem with this company is that they are so good that they are very busy and sometimes you cannot get an appointment for weeks.
Description of Work: Since I had the windshield totally replaced on a Friday and a rock hit the windshield on Monday, they were able to just smooth out the place where the rock hit. My insurance would have paid for ANOTHER new windshield, but the employee who was the person who had replaced the windshield on Friday suggested he just repair it and I could have another new one in a few years! I feel it is impt to save $ for insurance companies so rates do not go up.

Description of Work: Windshield replacement. They took my jeep in exactly on time and were finished ahead of schedule with a professional replacement windshield. Somewhat more expensive than competitors, but the competitors stood me up at my appointment with them. I am completely satisfied and will use Satellite again.
