Description of Work: My heat stopped working and it turned out that I needed a new boiler. All the wiring had to be replaced as everything was quite old. It was a very cold day and John replaced the boiler and all the wiring the same day I called. Everything is brand new and working perfectly. I rarely get service like this in Santa Fe. He was friendly, professional and I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Description of Work: Absolutely the best in Santa Fe. So many companies try bait and switch. They start low then keep adding on. RR does what they say and you know beforehand. Super tech, super service.

Description of Work: "Gonzo" and his young helper checked out my furnace which would not ignite. The cleared out the gas line, replaced filters and got the thing running great. I purchased a maintenance agreement with them and feel much more secure. They were pleasant and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Installed a new kitchen faucet and checked my heating and got two of my thermostats working again. While he was here I mentioned to Larry that the tub drain was slow in the tub and he cleared that too.Excellent service great people>

Description of Work: I had 5 new bathroom sinks and one kitchen sink that needed new plumbing installed. Nathan was wonderful. He was able to come up with work arounds when faced with retrofit problems. If he was going to be delayed he called to let us know. We signed up for a twice a year service to have Roadrunner come out and check and service all of our large appliences--air conditioner, furnace, hot water heater, water softener, etc.

Description of Work: I had a 40 gal hot water heater installed and the hauling away of the old one was included in the price. The guys were very knowledgeable,explained what they were doing and made it happen in a very short time. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Performed a seasonal change-over and also drained the minerals out of our hot water tank. My only (minor) complaint was that because they are located in Santa Fe and we are in Albuquerque, it was a little hard to schedule.

Description of Work: Roadrunner installed a 40 gallon hot water heater. I have a very small space/closet for the water heater and they had to order a slim one that fit. They came out and took the measurements at no extra charge. I needed several small parts and fittings the day of the installation and they had them available at a reasonable charge. The workmen were exceptionally polite and helpful as well as leaving absolutely no mess as other plumbers have. I will do business with them again in the future.
