This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any service provider. First the technician, Mark, came out and said it was a loose wire in the thermostat. He tightened wire. Checked things out on roof, said it was fixed and left with his check for $95. I thought "Great!". Next day , it was still 62 degrees, not 69. He came and replaced thermostat and another thermostat in the same office suite, and wires leading to furnace. I have not gotten the bill for that "service". Still 62 degrees. He starts telling me that the problem is I dont have enough air return vents, but the system has worked fine since 2007, and only recently developed this problem, so that makes no sense. He checks....finally...the air filter on furnace. It is very dirty. Shouldnt he have checked this on his first day? in spite of removing the filter, there is no improvement. It is now 8 days since he first came to fix this problem and it is still at 62 degrees. I call the office and complain. One of the tenants in theoffice suite has given notice, another is withholding rent because of the low temperatures. I do not get a call back from anyone though I call the office, the technician, and the owner of the company. All in all...the problem has not been resolved, he did a lot of work that accomplished absolutely nothing, and now they have cut off communication. There is more I could say about the extreme carelessness of the work, but I will stop here. I would under no circumstances hire this company for anything. I have a call in to another company I found recommended here , and will meet them tomorrow. Should have checked Angie's list first.
