Very responsive and helpful.... stayed until the problem was figured out. Brought in a second opinion guy....... they identifed the problem and it was and electrical issue outside of the swamp cooler. Recommended an electrical contractor. He showed up the next day..... fixed the problem and I've been back in the cool air since then.

Great telephone response. But the plumber (who was just let go) that first came replaced the wax seal but it had melted. So he asked for a spatula to place the melted wax material around the opening. What we found out on the next visit was that he did not remove the waxy remnants of the old seal before repositioning the toilet. While the owner was quick to call back on a sunday ....and agree to send out someone the next day to remedy this issue .... (who was very polite).... while he was working he explained that he was primarily a HVAC tech but on occasion did some plumbing assignment

They did very good work, and the owner took a lot of time explaining the situation, the available options, financing, all aspects of the project. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I am a Project Manager by profession and I can absolutely recommend this contractor to anyone. They arrived at the pre-determined time and date, they completed the job within the agreed to time-frame, the installation is absolutely professional and exceeded my expectations.

I needed a new faucet installed outside my house. The company called when they said they would call and showed up when they said they would show up. Hooray. The work was done well and I'm very happy that I can now use my outside drip system and the water pressure is very much improved over my old faucet. They did charge me a little more than they estimated at first, but based on the time they were at my house it was probably fair. I did not get an estimate in writing. This is my fault.
