He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained it to me in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. It's clear they know their stuff when it comes to appliances. What's more, Premier Appliance's pricing was very reasonable. Not only did they provide top-notch service, but they did so at a price that didn't break the bank. And let's not forget punctuality! They showed up exactly when they said they would, which is something that seems to be increasingly rare these days. It's refreshing to find a company that values their customers' time as much as their own. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Premier Appliance. The guy whome what had gone wr came was very nice and friendly. He explained to me what had gone wrong. He was done in less than 15 minutes and the dishwasher is working fine.

I have lived in this home for 32 years. I have worked with many appliance repairmen over the years. A friend had recommended Premiere Appliance to me as I had some real headaches with several of the regular fixtures. Leroy is prompt, polite, honest, informative and reasonable. And the most important matter to me......Everything he fixes....works! I don't have to make that dreaded call 2 months later to try and get someone to finish the job. Great guy. Incredible service. I left Premier a vouce message Sunday asking if I could have a Monday appt to repair may washer. They called me first thing Monday morning & scheduled my repair for today. Leroy just left & did an outstanding job!! Will definitely use Premier again & again!!!
