Leroy did a great job. He arrived early (called first to make sure it was ok) and was very professional. Immediately got to work and fixed it in no time. The dryer works great!

Leroy was very good. He had to order a new part, and came back to install it. My ice maker works better than originally since I bought the house (and, with it old GE appliances) in 2001.

Premier Appliance came at the appointment time and repaired my washing machine rapidly and with expertise. I turned to Home Advisor, which recommended Premier Appliance, after another repair service first sent the wrong technician (he didn't repair appliances) and then, cancelled at least 4 appointments for the appropriate tech to come fix the machine. The machine was not functional for almost one month because of this poor service. I will definitely contact Premier Appliance again whenever any of my appliances need repair.

I thought our dishwasher needed to be replaced but decided to give repairing it a shot. Premier responded to my call within an hour and we scheduled an appointment. Leroy was on time, called ahead like I requested, and diagnosed the problem quickly. The part he ordered came in faster than expected and at the 2nd appointment he was again prompt, called ahead again, and the dishwasher is now good as new. We couldn't have had a better experience and highly recommend them!

We had an issue with our washer not draining properly. Premier was very responsive to my initial call, scheduled an appointment as quickly as possible and showed up when they said they would. When the initial service call didn't fix the problem, they responded immediately to our request for follow up and solved the problem. We were impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness and will definitely use them the next time we have an appliance issue.
