Excellent serice and repair. Found the problem, provided the estimate, ordered needed part. Came back installed the needed part. Done. I will most definately use Premier Appliance again. Very fair pricing, pleasent to work with, efficient and seemed to appreciated our business. (Which is very unusual for Santa Fe).

Within 1 hour of posting my request for service, I received a call from a repairman. He came to my house @ 1.5 hours later. He returned the next afternoon with a new part and installed it. Great service and great value.

This was my first experience with service magic and Premier Appliance was wonderful. I was out of the state when the oven bake element broke and shorted out the entire stove... Premier gave me a two hour window time frame, asked for a model number ahead of time, and quoted me a fair number. He called prior to coming and showed up on time, payment was due when the project was complete. The estimate was the same + the cost of the part. Going to hire them again! 5 stars - very honest and professional service!

He came in, found the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes.

No charge for the assessment visit. Returned in a few days with the replacement and installed it. Installation required some drilling to accomodate a slightly different mounting bolt pattern. Ice dispenser is working well now.
