He arrived when he said he would, and he had the replacement part with him since he had me explain the problem to him, and his rate was much better then Sears Appliance repair for a Kenmore washer. Plus he was clear that he couldn't show up until the next day where as Sears couldn't show up for 8 days out!

I was given a professional evaluation of the problem with my 20 year old built in Kitchenaid refrigerator. Repair was not economically practical due to the nature of the problem and the age of the unit. As a replacement could cost up to $8,500, the service call was worth every penny. He was a little late showing up as he is very busy and never certain of what the next call may bring, but he was here close enough to the scheduled time, got the work done quickly and, as usual, was friendly and very professional. A top notch technical guy.

Very efficient and knew exactly the problem with the dishwasher. The carpenter/handyman hadn't hooked the out-drain to the right place - no wonder the dishwasher wasn't draining! Courteous and professional - I would use Leroy again.

Leroy answered some of my questions on the phone, set up an appt. time, came in the time frame given, assessed the situation with my wall oven, diagnosed and was able to find the part needed in Albuquerque. He returned 2 days later (for my time schedule) and completed the job, plus put in filter and fixed a leak in the water line of the refrigerator. He was most polite, respectful and careful as both appliances built in frames surrounded by cabinets. He was honest and very reasonable pricing. I would absolutely use this business again.

He responded to my service request within about one hour. I explained the problem as I saw it. He came to look, analyzed the problem instantly and, as it turned out, correctly. He ordered parts and came with them at our agreed upon time. He installed the new parts, checked his work, took my check and was gone within the hour. He is knowledgeable, skilled and knows his resources. There was no fuss, muss or bother. I will call him first on all future appliance repairs as he got it all 100 percent right the first time. This was a failing air circulation fan in a twenty year old Kitchenaid built in refrigerator. In addition, he's a very nice guy.
