Leroy was great but our problem was the dryer venting not the machine so he couldn't help beyond that. We'll try him again sometime.

Showed up during the 2 Hour window as promised. Was knowledgeable of the dryer being repaired. I checked parts online and he saved me money on parts. His labor rate was very reasonable for the Santa Fe area. Did quality work and cleaned up afterwards. He had a very pleasant personality and we will use him for any future appliance repair.

He was prompt and efficient however the dishwasher control panel was not available any longer so will have to buy a new washer. I know that service calls can be expensive but I felt $75 was a bitt steep to just find out nothing could be done. I would however use him again as I feel he was honest and knew what he was doing.

This is the second time in about a year I've used Premier for repair work. Last time, it was analysis of a refrigerator problem and I was told that it was not economically practical to repair...twenty year old Kitchenaid. It had done its best for a long time but Leroy, the repairman, was right. We replaced the fridge with Kitchenaids current built in unit and are very happy. Leroys analysis and advice were worthwhile. This time, our Whirlpool washer started leaking. It's over ten years old. I described the problem over the phone, it's a common problem. He arrived at 4:15. Found the problem, made the repair, tested the washer and was gone by 4:45. We looked at the broken part and it was pretty much what was expected...he does a lot of this kind of work and is quite knowledgable. I will call Premier first for future service needs. No BS, just effective work.

I highly recommend Premier Appliance/Leroy for any applicance repair. I hired Leroy for a Whirlpool dryer repair. I initially left him a voicemail and he promply returned my call and I described the noise issue and what is sounded like and he knew immediatley it needed a complete bearing and bushing replacement. I supplied him my make and model number and he had the parts available and we set up an appointment for the next day. He knew exactly what was needed. He was promply on time and he had the dryer drum out within the 5 minutes it took me to get home (I had family show him in prior to my arrival). He installed a complete overhaul kit and the work was completed within an hour of his arrival. The dryer worked perfectly following the repair. I will definitely use his services again for any applicance issues I have. His costs for labor and parts were less than I had expected. You cannot go wrong with Premier Appliance and Leroy's knowledge and skills.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+++ This is the second time we hired Premier Appliance/Leroy to repair an appliance. He found brand new parts for a very old stove this time. We now have a perfectly beautiful and well functioning vintage stove. Prices are reasonable, and he never tries to add on or suggest anything that is not necessary. Very refreshing. Thanks so much Leroy-you are a treasure. We will be calling you when our vintage washer/dryer poops out!

Leroy knew over the phone, based on our refrigerator model # and year, what the two possible problems could be - turned out it was both. He replaced the computerized temperature control, as well as the defroster. He is a great diagnostician and will be helping to restore our stove from the early 90's as well.
