We feared a new pump was needed. The office called to tell us of an appointment time and the repairman showed up at that time. He was able to replace a seal in the pump and it's again working as designed.

Repairman fixed quickly. We haven't had any more problems

Excellent service! Price is reasonable and hot tub is performing better then ever. This is the second time Javier has serviced our hot tub. Would not hesitate to call him again.

Owner said I would get a $300 credit, from PNM Electrical, for a commercial pump. I had requested all the information from him that regarding the model number and all the different items. After three different emails I had requested the information to complete the $300 credit, PNM was saying they didn't have the correct information and were not able to process the $300 credit. He provided me with a website www.pnm.com/poolpump. After getting the information from him, I found out it was a residential pump and doesn't qualify for the credit with PNM Electric and is not the correct pump he sold me. The company I had to call to correct all the issues ended up helping me find the correct model number to be able to check with PNM to see if it was correct. The pump he sold me cost around $500.00 (from a website, Hayword model # S244S) and he charged me over $1,000. He took apart the Care Taker 99 and the electronic water leveler wasn't properly connected leaving the pumps running all the time. I had to hire a specialist to come out and put the Care Taker 99 back together and have them reconnect the electronic water leveler properly. They had to come back out several times to complete the process and fix everything that was completely undone.

The Spa Doctor took care of it all while I was out of town. Two other people looked at it and knew it was not something simple. He figured it out and it is fixed. Excellent service and customer service from him. His phone people do not know spas or hot tub issues so make sure you speak with him directly to figure out. I will always use the Spa Doctor in Santa Fe.

They came right out and fixed my hot tub. The guy knew what he was doing. I was really pleased.

My hot tub was not working. Had two other companies come in to take a look who basically said weren't sure what the problem was but they could try this and that bla, bla bla. By the end it would of come out to about $1,000. My neighboor recommended I call Pool and Spa doctor. So I called and set-up an appointment, They were very flexible on my availability time. Arrived on time. Right away identified the problem. Explained in detail what was going on, what had caused the problem and ways to prevent it from happening again. No beating around the bush information made sense (wish they were in auto repair business too). My hot tub was fixed that same day. Contracted them to do regular maintence which has been worth every penny. Very profesional, efficient and affordable. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to avoid losing time and money!
