+ -1 moreTwo young men showed up at our house promptly at the pre-arranged date and time and proceeded to steam clean the carpet in two bedrooms. Both men were very friendly, courteous, and had fun personalities. They worked hard and were diligent in removing existing stains. In a very short time our carpets looked brand new. I was very impressed with their services, their reasonable fees, and will not hesitate to use them again. In fact, it was the best carpet cleaning I have seen in 40 plus years of owning carpets in houses occupied with dogs.

+ -1 moreHe was professional and courteous. He even steam cleaned our kitchen floor at no additional charge. I know the price was a promotional price as a new customer discount. When done, 3 hours later he charged us 135.00 including tax. I will use Pena's carpet care again without reservation. The carpet looks great.
Description of Work: The company was soliciting business in the DeVargas Center and left a brochure at my wifes store. My daughter had moved out with her dog and had left quite a mess. We contacted them to ask for a estimate. They sent Paul out and he gave a in person estimate of 180.00 for the entire house. I set the appointment for today at 9am. Paul was five minutes early and started to work immediately. We have a severe dog urine problem and a very dirty carpet. Paul pretreated the carpet, moved furniture, steam cleaned every nook and corner including the now empty closet in my daughters room, sprayed a carpet freshener and put all the furniture back
