+ 0 moreProject went way over budget, she was responsible for cost estimation, and did a very poor job. The house was supposed to cost 250K, it ended up costing me $425K. I would never hire this person for any services again.
Description of Work: Designed a home, performed general contracting services until I fired her. Unlicensed contractor and unlicensed architect.
